Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting thorough and insightful data analysis for GSCQ operational data initiatives and projects with the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic team-based environment.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis of pain points and issues, and create supporting evidence that will facilitate ease, accuracy, and clarity in problem-solving.
  • Create data management capability documents such as but not limited to Process Map, System Lineage, Data Lineage, Critical Data Elements list and Data Capture as part of a Data Analysis Service Deck.
  • Coordinate various data stakeholders in uncovering efficient and sustainable resolution of issues raised.
  • Understand the Global Supply Chain business processes end to end and the connection to data, creating data flow diagrams, pain points analysis.
  • Build robust reports and dashboards of data governance business gaps that needs remediation based on approved rules and processes.
  • Communicate business-aligned solutions to outstanding data quality gaps and issues through collaboration with various data stakeholders.
  • Lead the execution of data quality clean-up efforts with the ability to leverage or implement new tools or capabilities.
  • Recommend and implement continuous data process improvements and/or transformations to existing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to actively track, measure, report, and develop data optimizations that achieve the identified objectives and drive actionable insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of previous related experience in data management
  • Experience collaborating and working with various stakeholders

Additional Skills:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Product Data & Global Supply Chain Knowledge Preferred
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel including data quality tools and modelling
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and relationship management skills
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Moderate knowledge and understanding of Customer policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to data management
  • Moderate understanding of data management and governance principles, theories, and concepts
